Our aim is to take you back to a time when Cheleiros was celebrated for the quality of its vines and orchards. The village nestles on a plateaux among rolling vineyards with their rich soil and unique microclimate, where the Cheleiros creek modifies the influence of the Oceanic climate.

Dona Fátima, produced entirely from the Jampal grape has an intense freshness on the palate with a full, sustained bouquet, an elegant lingering taste, and a good balance of acidity with added complexities of young oak.

Winemaking Process

The grapes were destemmed. Pre-fermentation maceration. The fermentation process occurred in small stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged in French oak for 12 months

The rich bouquet elegantly balanced. Citrus fruits, are predominant along with captivating complexity aromas, revealing soft butter, vannilla and toast notes.

Palate

On the palate, it is velvety, aromatic with firm acidity. Clean and wonderfully fresh with a pleasant and lingering finish

Ideal with light food dishes and fish. It is recommended to enjoy Dona Fátima at a temperature between 11oC and 12oC
