WINEMAKING PROCESS
Manual selection of the grapes at reception, total stemming.
Classic tanning process, with a careful maceration to extract the color, aroma and structure.
Fermentation at controlled temperature between 20ºC and 24ºC. Subject to natural stabilization and slight filtration prior to bottling.

Garnet.
AROMA
Clean and expressive which emphasizes sweet notes of ripe blackcurrant but also an elegant floral aroma that denounce the Touriga Nacional.
PALATE
Rediscover the aromatic expression on the palate to involve an easy, direct and velvety wine that delights by its persistence.
FOOD PAIRING
Recommended for pairing with cheeses and meat dishes, in general, especially baked.
Serve at a temperature between 16º C and 18º C.
