Winemaking
Hand selected grapes at reception, fully destemed. Classic fermentation process,
carefully macerated for colour extraction, structure and aromas.
Temperature controled fermentation between 20ºC and 24ºC. 8 months ageing process in american oak barrels.

Elegant and complex, with ripe red berries aromas and fabulous floral notes,
completed with the exotic aromas of the oak stage.
PALATe
An elegante and silky sensation, well balanced, making this wine versatile to pair with food or just to drink on its own.

Best served between 16 ºC ande os 18 ºC.
