carefully macerated for colour extraction, structure and aromas.
Temperature controled fermentation between 20ºC and 24ºC. 8 months ageing process in american oak barrels.
Elegant and complex, with ripe red berries aromas and fabulous floral notes,
completed with the exotic aromas of the oak stage.
