Winemaking
Fully destemed, varietal fermentation for 8 days in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Ageing and stage for 12 months in 1st use french oak barrels and 24 months in stainless steel vats.
COLOR
Deep and intense violates.
AROMA
Full body and structured wine with silky tannins and a great balance between the floral notes and the fruity aromas,
completed with the complexity given by the oak stage.
Hints of spices and wild berries.
PALATE
Structured, dense and silky. Where the fine tannins harmonize with the fruit, in a wide and pleasent tasting finish.
GASTRONOMIA
Recomended to pair with intense cheese, tradicional portuguese Codfish and meat.
Best served between 16ºC and 18ºC.
