Palmela is without a doubt a unique place for the production of fine wines. With a provocative blend of Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Petit Verdot,
we offer a wine aged in French and American oak, elegant, silky, and with a fantastic bouquet of ripe fruit. An easy to drink luxurious choice.
It should be served at a temperature between 17ºC and 18ºC.
30% Touriga Nacional, 60% Syrah e 10% Petit Verdot.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with skin maceration for 3 weeks.
70% aged in stainless steel vats and 30% in French and American oak for 12 months.
Deep red garnet.
Ripe black fruit aromas, spice and some leather.
Full-bodied wine with good acidity, well structured tannins and elegant. Long and lingering finish.
Pairs well with red meats, game and cheese. Serve at a temperature between 17ºC and 18ºC.
