RED WINE | PENÍNSULA DE SETÚBAL
On this reserve, with a limited production, we came up with an unforgettable and intense “blend”,
made with the grapes Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Petit Verdot. Something unique and extremely balanced.
A wine with spirit that stages on French and American oak which gives all the complexity and elegance needed such as lasting aroma.
Touriga Nacional, Syrah e Petit Verdot.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with skin maceration for 3 weeks.
100% aged in French and American oak for 12 months. Aged in bottle for 6 months.
Deep red garnet.
Ripe black fruit aromas, spice and some leather.
Full-bodied wine with good acidity, well structured tannins and elegant. Long and lingering finish.
Pairs well with red meats, game and cheese. Serve at a temperature between 17ºC and 18ºC.
